Tracking an Order

How do I track the status of my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

My tracking number does not work or does not exist. How can I track my order?

Orders require 2–5 business days for processing before they ship. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

After receiving your tracking number, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's tracking information to become active. If your tracking number still doesn't work after that time, please contact us at hello@fp4fshop.com for assistance.

Destinations and Shipping Methods

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship within Canada only. If you're located outside Canada, we're unable to process your order at this time.

Do you deliver to post office boxes or use freight forwarders?

Many orders can be shipped to PO boxes. However, larger items may require carriers that don't deliver to PO boxes. As such to avoid delivery issues or delays, we recommend using a physical address whenever possible.

This is the first time I have shopped at the online store. Where can I ship to?

You can ship to any valid residential or business address served by carriers in Canada.

Shipping Costs, Taxes and Insurance

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is complimentary and included in the price.

Do I have to pay taxes and duties?

Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply in certain cases. Most T-shirt and mug orders arrive without additional fees, though occasional charges may occur. Bags may be more likely to incur import-related charges. Any such fees are determined by customs authorities or carriers and are the customer's responsibility.

Some products may be fulfilled and shipped from outside Canada. As a result, Canadian customs or shipping carriers may apply import fees, taxes, or clearance charges upon delivery. If you have concerns about potential import charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Contact support within 30 days of receiving your order if items are missing.

What happens if I am not at home when the parcel is delivered?

Carrier may reattempt delivery or hold for pickup per local policy.

Can I schedule the delivery date and time?

Customers cannot schedule specific delivery dates or times. Estimated delivery is based on production time and standard shipping, and may vary depending on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Placing an Order

How can I place an order?

Browse products, select your preferred options, add items to your cart, review your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, and the complimentary shipping option (“CA Flat Rate FREE”) will be automatically applied at checkout. Then enter your payment information and complete your order.

I can't place an order. How can I fix this?

Ensure all fields are correct, verify payment details, try another payment method, clear cache, or use another device. Contact hello@fp4fshop.com if issues continue.

This is my first purchase from this online store. What do I need to know?

All items are made-to-order. Shipping within Canada is free. Review size charts carefully. Orders can't be changed once production starts, so carefully review product details, sizing, shipping, and policies before checkout. Tracking is emailed after shipment.

Payment Methods

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and eligible Interac Debit cards. We also support Shop Pay (including Shop Pay Installments), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Some payment options may appear differently depending on your device, browser, location, and whether you're signed in to services such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Express checkout buttons shown on the cart or checkout page may vary, but eligible customers can still use supported payment methods during the payment step of checkout.

What are the terms and conditions for cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery isn't available.

What are the terms and conditions for payment with PayPal?

PayPal redirects you to its secure site to pay via balance, bank, or card. Buyer Protection may apply. Payments follow PayPal's User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Can I change the currency?

No. All prices and transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Since we currently ship within Canada only, currency conversion options are not available at checkout.

Modifying and Canceling Orders

Why has my order been canceled?

Orders may be canceled due to payment authorization issues, inventory availability, or incorrect shipping details. If this occurs, you'll receive an email notification and any charges will be refunded. For further assistance, please contact us at hello@fp4fshop.com.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Orders are custom-made and enter production quickly. Contact us immediately if changes are needed; once production begins, cancellations or edits aren't possible.

Can I change the delivery address after the order has already been shipped?

Address changes aren't possible after shipment. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Can I add products to an existing order?

Items can't be added after placing an order. Please place a separate order for additional products.

Data Security

Can I safely use my credit card on your online store?

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant system. Your payment information is encrypted during transmission, and full credit card details are not stored on our servers.

How can I delete my saved credit card information?

Remove saved cards via your account or payment provider. Guest checkout payment details are not stored.

If a product or variant is out of stock, it will show as "Sold out" or appear grayed out. Temporary issues are usually resolved quickly. Please check back later, browse similar items, or contact us for availability updates.

What is "Add to Cart"?

"Add to Cart" lets you place a product in your shopping cart to review or purchase later.

How do I add items to Cart?

Browse a product page, select any available options (such as size for T-shirts), then click "Add to Cart." To explore other designs, visit the catalog or browse products in the "You may also like" section shown on the page. The item will be added to your shopping cart, which is automatically saved.

Does my personal information remain private?

Can I safely use my credit card on your online store?

Yes, secure encrypted payment processing is used.
