Returns & Exchanges
At this time, FP4F does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Because each item is produced or prepared once an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues. We encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and selections before placing an order to ensure the best possible fit and choice.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@fp4fshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Customs Duties and Import Charges
Some products may be fulfilled and shipped from outside Canada. In certain cases, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by customs authorities or shipping carriers and are the responsibility of the customer. Such fees do not qualify as damages and do not make an order eligible for return or exchange.
