Bags
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 12–15 business days
Mugs
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days
T-Shirts
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 10–12 business days
Important Notes:
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's tracking information to become available.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Because some products may ship from outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply in certain cases. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- FP4F is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.
